Small Door boasts extremely attentive and helpful doctors and staff, convenient communication and scheduling (including via their own app), easy billing with email receipts, and- my personal favorite- very transparent pricing. Two paws up from my dog, too.

Their app allows you 24/7 access to speak with a member of their team! Small Door literally spent hours with me on their app texting at 4 a.m. Appointment times are constantly available and they are always accommodating for any last minute appointment needs.

Membership is the best value. Membership is $149 per pet per year and includes a free exam every year, reduced exam fees, 24/7 telehealth, and priority appointments. If you want to try us out without the commitment, you can Pay As You Go for $135/exam.

Your membership includes an annual exam, 24/7 telehealth, and same or next day appointments. The included exam can be used for one wellness or sickness visit at any location once a year.
